CARE
We exist to provide opportunity, community and joy to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
*We only service participants in Wyoming*
What we are
A better way for guardians to self-direct the care of their loved ones with disabilities in their own community & private residence.
Our why
We don’t think participants should have to manage a small business to be able to self-direct their care.

Our Vision
Customizable Care
We're committed to providing care that's as unique as you are. Unlike typical generic services, we understand that everyone's needs vary.
We work closely with you to create individualized plans. Your journey is one-of-a-kind, and we're here to ensure your care is too.
Care that works for you
We believe in putting you in control of your care. Unlike generic services that impose rigid schedules and predefined availability, we offer a self-directed approach. With us, it's all about you and what works best for your unique needs.
Our participant-centric care empowers you to decide your schedules, service hours, and preferences. You set the pace, and we adapt to you, ensuring that your care revolves around you.
Easy to manage
We understand that self-directed care shouldn't come with administrative headaches. While many self-directed services burden participants with paperwork, hiring processes, and tax obligations, we're here to make it easy.
We utilize user-friendly smartphone apps to streamline care management, eliminating the hassle.
HOW we Differ from Self Directed Services
While we may walk, talk and sound like self-directed financial management services like ACCES$, there are some key factors that make our services fundamentally different. Starting with the fact that we are a licensed service provider.

Services We support
Community Living
Personalized help for individuals to develop skills needed for living in their community. This assistance covers things like learning new skills, daily activities like cleaning, participating in the community, getting around, education support, and improving social and leisure skills. These services aim to help individuals live in the most suitable setting for their needs.
Personal Care
Personal care services help participants with disabilities complete tasks they would normally do independently. These services cover basic daily activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, using the bathroom) and more complex tasks (e.g., light housework, laundry, meal preparation) on the participant's property.
Companion Services
Companion Services include supervision, socialization, and assistance for a participant to maintain safety in the home and community, and to enhance independence.
